Night at the Museum
On July 18th, Fort la Reine Museum hosted its first annual Night at the Museum. It was an evening where kids from Big Brothers and Big Sisters came and had an overnight camp out on the museum grounds. They set up camp in the fort and proceeded to enjoy an evening of fun and games.
The event was a huge success and everyone had a great time. Activities included a scavenger hunt, campfire, pancake breakfast and lots and lots of games.
The Museum could not have made this night possible without the generosity of Pankos Food Store, Mayfair Farms, McCain Foods and Smitty's Restaurant, who donated food and juice for this evening. A big thank you goes out to them.
